1 المقدمة · Introduction

شكرًا لاستخدامك تطبيق مشغل الموسيقى (المشار إليه في هذه الصفحة بـ «التطبيق»). نلتزم باحترام خصوصيتك، ونسعى لشرح طريقة التعامل مع البيانات والأذونات بشكل واضح ومباشر. يعتمد التطبيق أساسًا على تشغيل ملفات الصوت المخزّنة على جهازك ولا يجمع بيانات شخصية حساسة.

Thank you for using the Music Player application (referred to as “the app”). We are committed to respecting your privacy and explaining how we handle data and permissions in a clear and transparent way. The app primarily plays audio files stored on your device and does not collect sensitive personal information.

2 البيانات التي يتم جمعها · Information We Collect

لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع أو تخزين أي من البيانات التالية على خوادم خارجية:

لا يتم جمع اسمك أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك.
لا يتم إنشاء حساب مستخدم داخل التطبيق.
لا يتم إرسال ملفاتك الصوتية أو صور الألبومات إلى أي خادم.

يستخدم التطبيق فقط معلومات ملفات الصوت الموجودة على جهازك (مثل اسم الأغنية، اسم الألبوم، ومدة التشغيل) لأغراض العرض داخل التطبيق وتشغيل الموسيقى.

The app does not collect or store the following on any external servers:

No name, email address, or phone number is collected.
No user account is created within the app.
Your audio files or album artwork are not uploaded to any server.

The app only reads metadata from audio files stored on your device (such as song title, album name, and duration) in order to display them inside the app and play your music.

3 الأذونات المستخدمة · Permissions

قد يطلب التطبيق الأذونات التالية بحسب إصدار نظام أندرويد على جهازك:

الوصول لملفات الوسائط / الصوت (مثل READ_MEDIA_AUDIO أو READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): لاكتشاف ملفات الموسيقى وتشغيلها من جهازك.
تغيير إعدادات النظام (WRITE_SETTINGS): يُستخدم فقط إذا اخترت تعيين أغنية كنغمة رنين للهاتف من داخل التطبيق.
خدمة في المقدمة وتشغيل بالخلفية: للسماح بمواصلة تشغيل الموسيقى أثناء استخدام تطبيقات أخرى أو عند إطفاء الشاشة.
الإشعارات (Notifications) إن وُجدت: لعرض عناصر التحكم في التشغيل في شريط الإشعارات.

لا تُستخدم هذه الأذونات لأي غرض آخر غير توفير وظائف تشغيل الموسيقى والخدمات ذات الصلة.

The app may request the following permissions depending on your Android version:

Access to media / audio files (e.g. READ_MEDIA_AUDIO or READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): to discover and play your music files stored on the device.
Modify system settings (WRITE_SETTINGS): used only when you explicitly choose to set a song as your phone’s ringtone from within the app.
Foreground / background playback permissions: to keep audio playing while you use other apps or when the screen is off.
Notifications (if enabled): to show playback controls in the notification shade.

These permissions are not used for any purpose other than providing music playback and related features.

4 كيفية استخدام البيانات · How We Use the Information

تُستخدم المعلومات التي يحصل عليها التطبيق من ملفات الصوت الموجودة على جهازك فقط من أجل:

عرض مكتبة الأغاني والفنانين والألبومات والمجلدات.
تشغيل الموسيقى وإدارة قائمة الانتظار وقوائم التشغيل.
إنشاء صور ألبوم محلية (إن أمكن) لعرض تجربة مرئية أفضل.
تعيين نغمة الرنين عند اختيارك لذلك صراحة من داخل التطبيق.

The information read from your local audio files is used only to:

Display your library of songs, artists, albums, and folders.
Play music and manage the playback queue and playlists.
Generate local album artwork (when possible) to improve the visual experience.
Set a ringtone only when you explicitly choose that option inside the app.

5 تخزين البيانات والأمان · Data Storage & Security

تتم جميع عمليات معالجة الموسيقى والبيانات داخل جهازك فقط، ولا يتم إرسال معلوماتك الشخصية أو ملفاتك الصوتية إلى أي خادم يخص المطوّر. يحتفظ التطبيق ببعض الإعدادات (مثل قوائم التشغيل وتفضيلات اللغة) بشكل محلي على الجهاز لتحسين تجربتك.

All processing of your music and related data happens locally on your device. Your personal information and audio files are not transmitted to any server controlled by the developer. The app may store certain preferences (such as playlists and language settings) locally on the device to improve your experience.

6 خدمات وأطراف ثالثة · Third‑Party Services

قد يستخدم التطبيق مكتبات برمجية تابعة لطرف ثالث لتشغيل الصوت أو تحسين الأداء (مثل مكتبات تشغيل الصوت في الخلفية). يتم استخدام هذه المكتبات محليًا ضمن التطبيق ولا تهدف إلى جمع بياناتك الشخصية لأغراض تسويقية. ننصحك بالاطلاع على سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك المكتبات إذا كانت متاحة.

The app may use third‑party libraries to handle audio playback or improve performance (for example, background audio libraries). These libraries are used locally within the app and are not intended to collect your personal data for marketing purposes. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of such libraries where applicable.

7 خصوصية الأطفال · Children’s Privacy

لا يستهدف التطبيق الأطفال على وجه التحديد، ولا يقوم بجمع بيانات يمكن استخدامها للتعرّف على هوية أي طفل. إذا كنت ولي أمر وتعتقد أن طفلك قد قدّم أي معلومات من خلال التطبيق، فيرجى التواصل معنا لحذفها إن وُجدت.

The app is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect information that could be used to identify a child. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided any information through the app, please contact us so that we can remove it if necessary.

8 التغييرات على هذه السياسة · Changes to This Policy

قد يتم تحديث سياسة الخصوصية من وقت لآخر لتعكس التغييرات في التطبيق أو في المتطلبات القانونية. سيتم نشر أي تحديث على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ «آخر تحديث» في الأعلى. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر التعديلات يعني موافقتك على السياسة المحدّثة.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date at the top. Your continued use of the app after any changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
